Project Overview

Phase 2 of the regeneration scheme of The Corn Exchange, an Edwardian building in the heart of Manchester. Phase 2 is the extensive refurbishment of the upper floors to utilise the existing structure to create a 114 room aparthotel that has been leased by Roomzzz.

  • A two-stage delivery period of 70 weeks, repairs to the building envelope including extensive cantilevered scaffolding (26 weeks) and hotel turnkey fit out (44 weeks)

  • Obtaining planning and listed building consent required a diligent and engaged design stage
